SHIPPING POLICY

Online orders are generally fulfilled on Mondays and Wednesdays every week, and are packed at my shop/studio in Toronto. 

Tracking numbers are sent to the email provided on your order, but note that they will not update until the carrier picks up your order from the fulfilment center, which generally happens within 1-2 business days of the label being created. If you see an error or a lack of movement on your tracking number, it usually means the package hasn't been picked up yet.

Once your order has been picked up, shipment can take about 5-7 business days depending on the destination address and product being ordered. 

Orders made outside of Canada may be subject to duties and tariffs applied by the shipping carrier. This is completely out of my hands, although I do my best to minimize the costs in the ways that I can.

In some circumstances, artwork can take between 2-3 weeks to ship, as the product requires more time to be packaged carefully.

Orders are shipped using a variety of shipment providers. You will receive a confirmation email including tracking number once your order is processed. Exceptions to this policy include pre-orders and made to order items that may take slightly longer to ship.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
