1. How often do you restock the online store?
We don’t generally restock the items on our online store. Staple pieces like our Yankee Blue LL New Era cap will steadily resurface but for the most part items are gone when they sell out. We recommend you subscribe to our mailing list for info on new and restocked product.
2. What are the measurements on your tees?
The body width measurements on most of our graphic tees are as follows: S=18", M=20", L=22", XL=24", 2XL=26”
Sizing for our cut and sew program is similar but can vary.
3. What size am I in a New Era fitted?
New Era fitted caps are sized based on the circumference of your head around the crown and top of your ears.
The measurements are as follows:
7(54.9cm), 7 1/8(55.8cm), 7 1/4(57.7cm),
7 3/8(58.7cm), 7 1/2(59.6cm), 7 5/8(60.6cm),
7 3/4(61.5cm), 7 7/8(62.5cm), 8(63.5cm).
All of our New Era hats are produced from scratch by New Era Cap. While they do promise a consistent fit, some hats vary in sizing. We recommend trying an existing cap on to identify your correct size, and are willing to offer exchanges for size variants on unworn hats in original condition providing the product falls within our return and exchange policy requirements.
4. Will you ever make girls clothing?
We make clothes for people.

6. Can I do a pick up instead of paying for shipping?
Yes, select In-Store Pick Up in the shipping options upon checkout. When your order is ready you'll receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your product.
7. When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 days of being received and take about 5-7 business days to arrive depending on the destination address. Orders are shipped via FedEx and you will receive a confirmation email including tracking number once your order is processed. Exceptions to this policy include pre-orders and made to order items that may take slightly longer to ship.
8. Do you do exchanges or refunds?
In the off chance that something you’ve ordered is actually sold out we do give the option to refund your purchase or have it exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on items that are shipped, as we cannot guarantee that the product(s) haven’t been worn, washed or tampered with.
