TERMS OF USE

Please review the basic terms that govern your use of our site, and purchase of products from thelegendsleague.com. Please note that your use of thelegendsleague.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the below terms:

Purchasing

By purchasing product from thelegendsleague.com, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Payment

We accept Credit Cards and PayPal. We only ship to the Billing Address of the Credit Card.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped inside of Canada are subject to Government (GST) and respective Provincial Sales Taxes (PST/HST). There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of Canada. 

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 days of being received and take about 5-7 business days to arrive depending on the destination address. Orders are shipped via FedEx and you will receive a confirmation email including tracking number once your order is processed. Exceptions to this policy include pre-orders and made to order items that may take slightly longer to ship.

Returns

In the off chance that something you’ve ordered is actually sold out we do give the option to refund your purchase or have it exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on items that are shipped, as we cannot guarantee that the product(s) haven’t been worn, washed or tampered with. You can contact customer service at sales@thelegendsleague.com if you have questions regarding an exchange or refund. All sales are final on SALE items both in-store and online.

Expiration of In-Store Pick-Ups

We provide emails and/or phone calls to all of our customers who opt for an In-Store Pick-Up rather than having their order shipped. If you do not pick up your order within 6 months of the order date we reserve the right to restock the item at full charge to the customer or donate the item to a local shelter. Seriously.
